Rose serves as in-country Counsel to XL Law and Consulting P.A. She has extensive experience in international, business, and transactional matters. Having advised foreign entities and institutions on operating in China, Rose brings a wide breadth of knowledge on a variety of regulatory, tax, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, and other compliance areas. 

 

Rose formerly worked as an associate for a P.R.C. law firm in China, where her primary focus was guiding clients in corporate matters including M&A transactions, foreign direct investment, and bankruptcy. Prior to that, Rose worked as an intern in MWE China Law Offices (strategic alliance with McDermott Will & Emery LLP), Spanish Cuatrecasas LLP Shanghai Representative Office, and the legal department of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Group. Rose has represented clients involved in a wide range of industries, such as engineering and construction, private equity funds and real estate.

 

Rose received her LL.B. from East China University of Science and Technology, and LL.M. from East China University of Politics and Law.
